Shipping to Canada, the U.S., and beyond

Tether ships to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations. Tracked shipping is free to Canada and the U.S.; international tracked shipping is CA$9.99 for supported destinations.

Orders normally require 1–5 business days to process. Estimated transit time is 8–13 business days to Canada, 7–12 business days to the U.S., and 7–20 business days internationally. Tracking is included, and the available delivery option is confirmed at checkout.

Orders ship directly from China through a third-party fulfilment partner.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The collar must be unused and unworn except for a brief fit check and returned with its original packaging and included components. Contact Tether before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide instructions.

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind or fit return. There is no restocking fee. If Tether verifies that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Tether will provide a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require.

Cancellations and refunds

Order cancellation or change requests are accepted until fulfilment begins. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, although the bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
