Where we ship

Tether ships to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

How orders are fulfilled

Tether orders are shipped directly from China by a third-party fulfilment partner.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders normally require 1–5 business days to process before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

After shipment, estimated transit time is 8–13 business days to Canada, 7–12 business days to the U.S., and 7–20 business days internationally. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, customs, holidays, and other conditions.

Shipping cost and tracking

Tracked standard shipping is free to eligible addresses in Canada and the U.S. International tracked shipping is CA$9.99 for supported destinations. Tracking details are sent using the contact information attached to the order when they become available.

Delivery addresses

Please check your complete delivery address before placing an order. Contact support@tethercollars.com as soon as possible if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment begins. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International duties and taxes

Orders crossing international borders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or missing packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact support@tethercollars.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and fulfilment partner.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
