This online store is operated under the name Tether. These Terms of Service apply when you visit the Tether website or place an order. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information, prices, and availability accurate. If a material error affects your order, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate resolution.
The Tether Collar is designed for use with Apple Find My on compatible Apple devices. Location availability and update timing depend on the Find My network, nearby participating devices, device settings, the surrounding environment, and the continued availability of Apple’s service. The product does not include a separate continuously connected cellular GPS service or cellular subscription.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Any sales taxes that Tether is legally required to collect will be shown at checkout. Possible import duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are described in our Shipping Policy and are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Orders and availability
Product availability can change. Before fulfilment begins, Tether may cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to deliver the order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders are fulfilled by a third-party partner and shipped from China. Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, import charges, delays, and lost-package resolutions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Return eligibility, customer-paid return shipping, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, exchanges, and refund timing are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with the store’s operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights.
Store content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other original content on the Tether store may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
The store relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfilment providers. Their services may also be governed by their own terms. Using third-party services does not remove Tether’s responsibilities to customers under applicable law.
Privacy
Information submitted through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a legal warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation. Applicable Canadian and provincial or territorial law continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version that applied when an order was placed will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
